Assalammualaikum Wr Wb
Tunggang terbalik dapur kita malam Jumaat yang lepas.
Selesai je Sholat Terawih, terus kita sinsing lengan kerjakan segala apa yang patut.
Niatnya cuma nak buat Kuih Keswi (resepi Kak Ayu) dan oreo cheesecake untuk bawak gi
Iftar Mini Monsters @ Rilla's place.
Tapi memandangkan Bik Idah kita dah pandai2 buat janji dengan kawan kerja dia,
kita pun buat Lapis Kacang Hijau.
Dah tu gatal, nak jugak buat Lapis Nyonya.
Nasib baik semua menjadi.
Alhamdulillah.
Cukup time 4 macam kuih kita angkut gi Iftar Mini Monsters.

Kita story sikit apa terjadi malam kita bertungkus lumus buat kuih2 ni semua.
Bik Idah went out after buka to buy the stuff while i did my Terawih.
Been doing it at home because I can really take my own time doing it.
Be it minimum 8 rakaat or the full 20 rakaat.
Anyway, when Bik Idah came back with all the ingredients, she surprised me with a
Springform Baking Tin (Yipeee!!!!!)
and this....
....walau tak branded mana pun but at least ada jugak alat
untuk membantu kita apabila kita nak try out new recipes.
Yang penting PAKAI!
Buat apa beli mahal2 tapi tak pakai!
Lantas bermula lah kita berjuang di dapur, berlatarbelakangkan lagu Korea dari blog Kak Ayu.

Bila semua dah selesai, kena siapkan juadah sahur pulak.
Alahai.....kita dah boleh agak nanti nak buat kuih raya penatnya macam mana.
Dah tu, bila tengah cuci2 pat sink, kita tergelak sekejap bila kita nampak ni pat atas sinki....
...bertimbun2 atas rak2 tanpa aturan.
Semua main nompok2. lol!
Kena budak2 tu nak ambik benda, sekali terjatuh semua atas dorang, dah jadi satu hal. LOL!
On Friday esoknya, selepas sholat Jumaat, kita pergi ke ofis Dua M untuk meeting
Mini Monsters for our upcoming new programme, Projek 3K, a collaboration with Mendaki.
Do look out for it ya...
Anyway, after that, all heaed out to Rilla's place for a BBQ Iftar with the rest of the
Mini Monsters Facilitators.
All were there except for Adi, who is still suffering from a sore eye,
Abdillah, who was involved in a bike accident earlier on in the morning, Get well soon Bro!
and Sirfan who is caught up in a rehearsal.
We sure had fun cracking jokes and laughing the night away.

Shortly after buka, we were joined by Erni and Suzana.
All in all...it was a great way to start off the weekend.
Looking forward to bring Mini Monsters to greater heights.

...ambik kau! berderet piala Pesta Perdana sejak tahun 2000 lagi. LOL!
But I was told, ada lagi satu company, piala Pesta Perdana dia lagi bertimbun.
Mestilah pasal company tu jugak yang monopoly rancangan pat Suria....

ReplyDeletehahaha..yes if you notice, my kuih muih semuanya akak memang kurangkan gula, sebab my parents & hubby tak makan manis2 sangat..so if you prefer to a bit manis, you adjust ikut your preference..the reason why i wrote how much i put in the sugar was easier for me to refer in the future..
ok i think i will link your blog to mine..for the shoutbox tu senang aje, u just go to shoutbox punya web link, download to ur blog..basically they will tell u the steps how lah..just follow the steps..
